If we can hear a Submersible implode, can we hear an Airliner hit the water?

I don’t know if this is a dumb question, but I was wondering if anyone would know if there were any sound/sonar/whatever-it-would-be recordings of the plane hitting the water? I’m sure there’s a huge difference between monitoring deep ocean and surface but I was just thinking about the original story and realized an airliner hitting the ocean would probably make a heck of a lot of noise. Is there any way to know if there is confirmation of that sound occurring?

I don’t even know if that is possible y’all, I’m sorry if it’s a dumb question. With all of the info out there I can’t tell what is left or what is right anymore.
