The title says it all folks, he just stated that he knows there is a UAP retrieval program from his sources within the government and that, and I quote “there are SAPs for retrieving stuff they don’t know.”

Yet, he doesn’t believe there is enough evidence to say it is aliens.. We just recover these craft and don’t know what it is. Huh?
