I’m Tired of the constant complaints about ‘grifters’

Anyone else getting sick and tired of the ‘Villagers’ wanting to storm the castle and throw Coulthard, Corbell, Knapp etc. under the bus?

‘Make them tell us everything they know’, ‘Sources be damned’ ‘They’re just grifters, it’s an income stream, they don’t really care’

Let’s take a step back and see how that might play out:

Coulthard – My source says there’s a downed craft at X location, X was built over the top of it, therefore to the naked eye, there is no physical confirmation, and you are not allowed on site to verify.

Public/Media – BS, if you can’t prove it, or dox your source, we don’t believe you, and we’re going to expose you as a liar and a grifter.

Outcome – One of our strongest allies, who we believe is telling the truth, and has all the information has now become an outcast to society in general, and essentially any new sources that might help further disclosure will avoid him like the plague.

Meanwhile, ‘They’ now know that there is a leak, and can narrow it down to X amount of people. They don’t care who it is, so if 5 people knew this info, then those 5 people are now dust in the wind, and potentially their families too.

So, put your pitchforks down, stop complaining if you’re not prepared to put in the hours yourself that they have (it’s their JOB) and try to understand that some people have principles, but need to earn a living.

You get paid to do your job, these guys aren’t any different, they need income to survive and carry on with their investigations. So yes, they have podcasts/go on TV/write books to earn money, all while trying to expose, what they can, without signing someone’s death warrant/sending them to jail.
