Implications of the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) Amendment in the 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) – Article

Hey all. This isn’t jelly-fish related but something I came across on twitter and then subsequently read yesterday. It isn’t mind-blowing disclosure, but it is very directly related to the recently passed UAP amendment to NDAA. It’s from a law journal which appears to focus primarily on issues relating to government contracts and contractors. Specifically the reality that as a result of the amendment, there may be some very real and direct consequences to those contractors which may be in possession of materials or information relating to UAP’s. Again, not earth-shattering but another drop in the bucket of admission that something very real has been happening and none of this should matter if there was no “there there”.
