Can anyone tell where this footage came from?

What are we looking at ? Maybe a UFO amusement park sort of deal ?

It doesn’t appear to be a heavily guarded space but maybe that’s because the person taking the shot is already inside the perimeter?

However, the old footage layered effect only makes it seem like an obvious joke, if it was real why ruin its authenticity with the overlay?

There’s also what looks like a jet pursuing a UFO, are these all within this same facility ?

It’s probably fake but anyone who can tell definitively what this is and or where this came from would be highly appreciated.
