Just watched this interview with McGowan. He says he was at a conference this year when he asked Jay Stratton about Lou Elizondo.
McGowan claims Stratton told him Lou didn’t run AATIP. Supposedly, Lou was chosen so that he could bring access of other programs to AATIP.
According to Stratton, Lou didn’t do research on UFOs. He was a facilitator of intoductions.
McGowan claims Stratton said he has “gotten tired of cleaning up Lou’s shit” but that Lou is doing necessary work that he needs him to do.
The next part of the interview is also interesting. McGowan explains how Stratton said he uses the media to embarass Generals so he can get the information he needs.
Of course people can say McGowan is full of it, but I think he’s being honest about what Stratton said.
