Right now, for about 15 minutes, I have been watching a steady flow of dim, strange lights coming from Ursa Major. They look like satellites but much dimmer and only visible for a few seconds after leaving the proximity of where they appear. There is one every handful of seconds. They are slow moving. I am in southeast Michigan. Is there some kind of really slow, strange meteor shower? Or any kind of mass movement of planes? They dont have any blinking lights.

My phone camera is awful and could never pick up lights this dim. Anyone else seeing this?
