Is the CIA trolling us? Office of Global Access = “Other Government Agency”

According to this DailyMail article, the CIA’s Office of Global Access has performed secret UFO retrieval since 2003. Ross Coulthart corroborated this on a few interviews since the article dropped.

I’m sure you were as disappointed as I was that there’s almost no information online about this clandestine group despite their alleged 20+ year existence. But I did learn that “OGA,” meaning “other government agency,” is a common euphemism for the CIA in the defense world.

Maybe this is common knowledge, but I hadn’t heard it. It seems people will say “other government agency” when they want to refer to the CIA without explicitly implicating them.

Anyway, this isn’t a major revelation, and it could be total coincidence, but it also wouldn’t surprise me if there was some intention behind it. It could be a way for the OGA to joke about how they are even more clandestine than the CIA itself. If the CIA is the “other government agency” of the defense world, the Office of Global Access is the “other government agency” of the CIA.
