Is this Corbell dude credible?

This man is always at the forefront of anything related to UFO. He mostly makes tall claims without much to backup and always says that there’s something shocking in the pipelines. Listening to his ‘Weaponized’ podcast makes me think he’s just a shill, but I respect George Knapp. Anyone else thinks he’s just an over enthusiastic man child w.r.t. UFO topic?
