Tried posting a similar post highlighting the blatantly obvious issues with the lights at sea crap but hasn’t been approved. Im an ROV Pilot. Those lights are from the ROV on his/her vessel and they know it. You were lied to.

An ROV is an under water robot that is remotely controlled from the vessel. They have LED’s because 99% of light doesn’t penetrate farther than 100m. OP is in a boat with a moonpool because they launch subsea equipment through the moonpool.

It is 100% and ROV. His story is 100% fabricated.
