First, I want to state that I’m not a “denier” but nor I am a “believer”. I really find the phenomenon strange and I think the NHI aspect of the phenomena can be real.
However, I’m not an experiencer and, as such, not fully convinced. I’ve connected some dots (from 2017 leaked videos to the recent Boeing demise) and found a compelling theory to why this all maybe a psyops. I’m not arguing this must be true, it’s just a theory that needs to scrutinization like any other.
Anyway, let’s begin with a summary of the core arguments:
assume the existence of NHI on Earth, cover-up crash recovery of “extraterrestrial” crafts and all non-prosaic explanations for the phenomenon are false
the DoD wants cheaper contractors for mundane SAPs;
US Intelligence wants to stir confusion on adversaries OTHER THAN China and Russia (think of Iran, North Korea, etc.)
How do you accomplish all this? Let’s start with the last item, a psyops for confusing adversaries.
How do you make, for example Iran, grow suspicious of Russia? Simple, you make they believe is hiding something from them. You start with reputable people saying “yeah we have some of those crafts here… And some nations have it too… Like, Russia and China they have a bunch of crafts too and they’re reversing engineering them… And they can use the reverse engineered tech for spying!! Because it’s hard to detect those crafts with traditional radars, you know… It’s really a threat…”
That’s going to live rent-free in the mind of top Iranian officials for months. Like, “if Russia says they’re our allies, why don’t they tell us about it? Are they using those things to spy on us too??”.
And the suspicion will naturally grow over time. For example, imagine some soldiers see Starlink flares in the sky and report it to their superiors. They will be shocked thinking that the US or maybe Russia is spying on them. They can’t know for sure and when they call Russia, they just dismiss it instead of helping (because those things do not exist and they know it because they also have no such craft) and now they’re mad at Russia for “hiding” it from them. Slowly, they become less and less allies of each other.
That’s how you do it. And, let’s keep in mind that:
everything Grusch said so far was cleared by the DoD
all Grusch said under oath was things that he heard. He’s not a first-hand witness. He can be telling the truth while all those things are also false.
Now, you may say, “the DoD was risking its reputation by doing that. All the ‘whistleblowers’ said that there’s rampant corrupt on SAPs!!!”.
Yes, and that’s on purpose. That’s just another part of the plan. That’s how you get cheaper contractors: tell out loud that some contractors are swimming in money, working with humanity’s biggest mysteries and show that the ‘establishment’ will protect them from any repercussions.
Because that’s what’s happening: the Schumer Bill was obliterated in Congress, no proof was showed of anything, no one was put in charge or called by name. Hell, the Schumer Bill proposed an amnesty to the perpetrators of the whole cover-up scheme! Hell², even Boeing, that’s now going through a lot of trouble for its commercial aircrafts is getting called by “analysts” that “is not going away because, even if the commercial division is blown away, they have a lot of defense contracts going well…”
That’s a dogwhistle for CEOs of smaller defense/aerospace companies. All they hear is: get into as many SAPs as possible, be the contractor with lowest bids and keep up your reputation with the DoD because, when you get into a NHI SAP, you’re automatically too big to fail (but, in fact, you’re chasing rainbows since those things don’t exist).
“Oh, but there’s the risk of a ‘catastrophic disclosure’…”.
Does anyone still believes this? Well, even if you do, those “40 whistleblowers” only know about past “black” SAPs programmes. Your company will be working on regular SAPs wishing to get into a “black” SAP (that will never come). You don’t have to worry about nothing like that for now and the next years. And, even if you get into some “black SAP”, by that point, your company can use its army of lawyers to review the contracts to ensure the least damage in case of some NHI involvement or leak. And DoD will happily accept those terms because they know no such thing exist. The DoD is also happy with more contractors competing now, driving the prices down and increasing their leverage.
“Oh, but it’s harmful to say that the government is corrupt, the general public will lose trust in the government…”
My sweet summer child… haven’t you seen it yet? NOBODY outside of the “UFO-circles” cares about Grusch or black SAPs or Congress oversight or anything like that. Even though a big chunk of the public (34%) belivies in aliens visiting Earth (YouGov), those people are already skeptical of the government. See, nothing substantial changed. No presidential candidate is talking about UAPs now with all that happening (and Donald Trump did back in 2016!). Most of the people is just uninterested in the subject. Chop wood, carry water.

Yes, for that theory to work out Elizondo, Mellon, Dr. Nolan, Fravor, Nell and all “pro-disclosure” personalities would need to be involved in the psyops conspiracy, deliberately or not
Kirkpatrick would be actually trying to tell the truth, unaware of the ongoing psyops and then put out for not collaborating with it (I know, hard to swallow)
What do you think? I somewhat want to be wrong here, but until the catastrophic disclosure or first-hand witness come out under oath, it’s a anyone guess and I’m trying to fill the gaps and guess it.
