No exaggeration, my jaw dropped when I heard this.

Ken literally says (at 7:45) “I guess you can say it was planted because I was talking to people and getting a rough idea what he was like, I guess that’s true.” in regard to communicating with people in the intel community.

He’s trying to downplay the credentials of these officials who he also says (at 7:10) “… they’re kind of like Grusch. They’re like GS-15s.”

Anyone with the ability to do a Google search can learn that’s a high level.
