Kona Blue is a Ruse

I’ve been thinking about why the Kona Blue information was released. You have the ARRO report that just came out, basically stating that David Grusch is mistaken. He misheard or misunderstood whatever information that he was given.

Then conveniently, Kona Blue is released. A shell project for reverse engineering uaps, that was never started. What if Kona Blue was created so that if one day a whistle blower came forward, they’d leak or release Kona Blue to make the public think that this is what the whistle blower is basing their claims on.

I hope this makes sense. I think that this is a possibility.
