Looking for source of an audio clip played on this sub.

Hi, about 2 weeks ago, I was browsing this sub on my phone on a pretty outdated reddit app. I was watching some videos and then suddenly the sound from another video would start playing (Like normally if you scroll too far), but no post nearby had this audioclip.

It seemed like an interview about the Cuban missile crisis and the cold war, how there was a small group of people between the Americans and soviets working together to “swat some bugs out of the sky” with nuclear tests and that things were captured from the sky. I honestly have no idea what this was about, but it only played on specific videos, I couldn’t recreate it on my computer, and haven’t heard anything like it since.

Let me know if I was going insane or if this rings a bell for anyone.
