Maybe a stupid question from a newbie to this rabbit hole.

So, in my reading here over the last few weeks, I read one post claiming we have enough satellite coverage to see pretty much anything on the planet at any time. I guess we all know that satellite observation technology can see really detailed things. So, if these things were true, wouldn’t it follow that some of these satellites would be set up like trail cams to detect a certain kind of motion, like unidentified flying objects, and that they would immediately inform the necessary humans who interface with them? By its very nature, such a system would be aware of almost every flying object identified or unidentified over the entire planet. It would be for flying objects like the echelon system for radio transmissions. Am I way wrong here?
