Mike Turner requested the Russian nuke satellite to be declassified immediately, so then UAP are clearly not the tech from adversary nations

As the title says, if UAP were tech from adversarial nations, wouldn’t there also be an immediate call to declassify this “destabilising” military capability that is infiltrating US airspace. Numerous military personnel seeing unknown objects entering restricted airspace on radar and other methods of detection, sometimes around extremely sensitive nuclear sites, and the government remains hush on it, simple brushing it off as “we don’t know what that was”. The burden of proof surely shifts onto the military at this point to prove what it is, no? I’m just curious how a skeptic can explain this, what would it be if they cannot simply explain it away as a glitch or a balloon / bird, if its also clearly not from adversary states. Also, remember that the spy balloon was almost immediately blamed on China with no hesitation.
