Anyone looking for a movie to get an idea of the inner workings of Congress, DoD, CIA, etc I highly recommend the film The Report starring Adam Driver.
With legislation going through Congress, a criminal investigation happening by the ICIG, the house oversight committee requesting a select hearing and much more happening in our government concerning the reality of UFOs, it can get a bit confusing. This movie is a great historical account of these things occurring in the early 2000s through 2010s. It is very relevant.
