Multiple Questions about Johnston Atoll Island

I am looking for an ‘article’, book, or EBE interview that contains a story about EBEs supposedly having several meetings with members of The 5 Eyes at Johnston Atoll Island. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
I’ve heard or read rumors that Johnston Atoll airport never really closed down. Being that Agent Orange was disposed of on the island, I wonder if there’s any evidence of the airport still being in use or used longer than we’ve been told.
