My brother found this while exploring some ruins in Egypt. Anyone have any insight?

Can’t post location where he found it, cause he was technically breaking the law… Definitely spooked him and I said I’d post here to see if anyone would have more insight as to what they might depict.

I try to be a reasonable skeptic, and I dont want to just assume aliens, but this has me questioning my doubts.
