My theory for why it’s people not NHI fighting disclosure.

I feel like most of the mainstream thoughts on the issue of disclosure seem to think that NHI and government have colluded to keep them hush hush. To me it doesn’t make logical sense. If the NHI really wanted to be a secret then why do they blatantly show themselves to people all over the world, possibly abduct humans, and more. I think it’s much more likely NHI do not care if we know, the government is just trying to keep it secret because of tech ceos who may be profiting off it, climate change solutions being ignored for oil money, etc.

Edit: idk why people are being negative toward me, I was just posing a genuine question, I personally do not think aliens give 2 poos of there is disclosure.
