Object hovering (spinning?) in clouds – NY

Before people start bashing me- most likely this is nothing. But, in the possibility it’s not, I thought I would share.

Sitting on the back porch with my husband and daughter while they play cards and we watch the deer in the yard. I took this video of something in the sky. Not as high as planes were flying – maybe half the distance? (I am not good with estimating elevation). I didn’t say anything to him and he didn’t think anything of me having my camera on since I usually take pics of the deer. Finally, I told him to come here and look at this. He stood up and came over but it was gone when he did. I did screenshot stills of it and zoomed and sharpened and it was a bit intriguing. Using an iPhone so the quality is not great.
