OGA, the “signature” and the “how?”.

In light of the Daily Mail article discussing the Office of Global Access (OGA), dependent on the Central Intelligence Agency’s Science and Technology Directorate and allegedly charged with the recovery of UAPs, it’s interesting to recall previous statements from various sources, conduct further research, and attempt to connect some loose ends.

The article states that:

The CIA has a ‘system in place that can discern UFOs while they’re still cloaked’, and the office’s role is to ‘integrate analysis, technology, and tradecraft to attack the most difficult targets, and to provide worldwide collection capability.’

One significant figure in this context is Doug Wolfe. He:

Helped set up the CIA’s Office of Global Access in 2003 and served as its deputy director. He managed ‘unwarned access programs that deliver intelligence from the most challenging denied areas’ and ‘served as program manager with responsibility for the end-to-end system acquisition of an innovative new source and method for the IC [Intelligence Community].’

During his 16 years at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and OD&E (Office of Development and Engineering), he held various positions including the acquisition of SIGINT spacecraft subsystems, the acquisition, system engineering, and operations of IMINT space systems, executive assistant to the Director of the NRO, and the Director of Legislative Liaison for the NRO. In 2000, Mr. Wolfe accepted a position providing system engineering support for the DDS&T that led to several new initiatives and helped start the Office of Global Access.

Now, let’s recall some statements previously made regarding UAP detection.

Something appeared in the WikiLeaks release:

Private emails published by WikiLeaks, written by a former IT contractor and sent to Clinton/Obama insider John Podesta, refer to American tracking of UFOs arriving from ‘deep space.’

“He (Bob Fish) also claimed there was a specific electronic signature (frequency) emanating from them when they were going into or coming out of the water, so they were easy 2 track. On several occasions they filmed the #UFO as it transitioned from water to air or vice versa.”

From Ross’s book “In Plain Sight”:

For instance, if I told you the exact electromagnetic signature of a high-Mach UFO that US sensors search for but don’t attack, and you put it in a book, the Soviets/Chinese would manufacture a bomber with SIGINT/ELINT [signals and electronic intelligence] countermeasure equipment that generated that exact signature.

“And one of the things that was happening was they were using a particular frequency to actually detect and monitor, indeed to actually anticipate these objects. And I’ve since, in the period since I’ve published that information, had other people come forward to me, who’ve told me that this is indeed a reality. That for the last 30 years plus, the United States has been able to anticipate UAPs in some way by monitoring particular electromagnetic frequencies, and they can actually, sometimes predict when objects are going to appear. And indeed, in some cases, track them.”

Also from Ross:

“During their visits, aliens seem to frequently create interdimensional fields that alter matter for travel, duplication, invisibility, and passing through solid objects…In my experience, a special traceable signature or residue lingers during and after the use of one of these interdimensional fields. This signature is unique and is clearly distinguishable from anything else, using appropriate monitoring devices. Without doubt, it’s the most dependable way covert government agencies can monitor alien activity…If this signature is particularly strong, it indicates frequent or extended activity. In that event, black unmarked helicopters are dispatched to check it out.”

Similar detection capabilities were also mentioned by Lue Elizondo.

So, can we try to tie all this together? We have the what (UFO detection and recovery) and the who (Office of Global Access). We are missing the how.
