Once upon a time there was footage of a craft under ISS during a spacewalk. And no, not the space taco.

I’m looking for a clip from a few years back. Not sure of the time frame but I believe it was close to when the official announcement of the US Space Force came. The shot was from an external camera on ISS and it was operated remotely. The camera mostly followed an astronaut performing maintenance during a spacewalk, but was distracted by an object underneath the station a few minutes later. The object kept track with ISS for maybe 10 minutes when it began to pull ahead. Once the object was out in front and clear of the stations path, it began to fly out into space and release what looked like a green ion trail. Does anyone here know what I’m referring to? Thanks in advance
