Orange Plasma orbs

I would like to talk to someone who has encountered what I would describe as orange plasma orbs/satellites. They emit orange hues/auras and cause lights to flutter/flicker. They are intelligent. They can cause camera anomalies etc. Does anyone here have experiences with lights constantly flickering around you or electronic interferences often?
