Pre-bunk the Sattelite cases ?

When I see videos of lights at high altitude and also see the Mick West style explanations of Sattelites reflecting sunlights, I often wonder if these things can be predicted.

For example, the data on many sattelites are publicly available, flight data is available. Those gorrillas could take this to another level and ‘pre-bunk’ it, can’t they ?

As sun, Sattelites, flights (atleast some :)) all have patterns and schedules. Will it be too difficult to, say, come up with flight numbers and a time window and say, look out, you will find bright lights in this direction.
