Everyone seems to forget that the President has broad powers to both declassify documents and evidence, and to also issue executive orders. While it’s true that his hands are tied when it comes to the Atomic Energy Act, that doesn’t mean he can’t still control what DoE, CIA, et al. do in regards to UFOs and ET.
Think of the kinds of executive orders he could issue on the UFO and ET matter. There are many.
For example, he could issue one on the treatment of surviving pilots of downed craft. They should not be held prisoner. They should be treated with respect and repatriated with their people as soon as possible. If someone from Mexico or Canada crash landed an airplane in US territory, we’d merely return them to their home country. They wouldn’t be held in jail. The same goes for ET. Why do we keep the living survivors in prison? We are more diabolical and primitive than them, so why don’t we treat them with respect? It makes no sense.
He could issue another executive order prohibiting any gov’t agency from handing over retrieved UFOs to any private company or contractor. It is insane that we do that. We should be keeping them. We should have a museum for them also. We should allow anyone to study them up close. Give them to the Smithsonian or some other educational agency.
