Regarding the Jelly Fish could it just be the engine of the craft while the rest of it is sucessfully cloaked?

Not sure if this has been speculated on before, but if UFOs have “cloaking devices” that normally evades thermal detection, could this be a case of partial malfunction that still manages to hide most of the craft leaving only a part visible, like the engine or some other control component?

To me that makes a lot more sense than trying to figure out what in the hell is that contraption.

If it’s the engine or just a part of it producing heat it becomes a lot less strange.
