Because Kirkpatrick recently told Greenstreet that he had no recollection of ever meeting Fugal and did not recall the briefing (apparently organised by AATIP personnel) being on Skinwalker Ranch. Kirkpatrick also said he had no involvement with UFOs before AARO. It has not been confirmed by Fugal with photographic evidence that the briefing happened, Kirkpatrick was in attendance, and it was on Skinwalker Ranch (probably the most famous UFO hotspot in the world). Even Greenstreet (arguably Kirkpatrick’s biggest cheerleader) has admitted that there is a big inconsistency here. Further, Kirkpatrick’s statement that everyone in attendance is already aware of the reality of the phenomenon is relevant because why, if anomalous UFOs are all human-made, that statement would make zero sense in the context of Skinwalker Ranch, an alleged paranormal hotspot. It’s not like China is testing their drone technology at Skinwalker Ranch.
