Or would there be some kind of BS loophole in the Whistleblower Protection Act that would prevent him from being protected due to already leaking some information to Ghyslain Wattrelos and the French reporter back in 2015? He leaked to them anonymously that the Americans had two AWAC sattelites tracking the flight at the time of disappearance. I don’t think he leaked any proof of it, just the knowledge of its existence… what would happen if he came forward with his testimony? Would the Act protect him?
