I’ve recently been reviewing the currently available YouTube discussions with Salvatore Pais.
For reference, Salvatore Pais is the gentleman who submitted the famous “UFO patents” (back in the 2010s), which were co-sponsored by the Navy. Much speculation has been had, surrounding the basis for the patents. Ross Coulthart dedicated a whole chapter to them, in his book, In Plain Sight, and after considering the fact that the military doesn’t need to file patents for any of its technological advancements — especially the black ones — some folks have reasonably concluded that the filing of the patents was a tactic to misguide America’s foes. That being said, there is good reason to doubt even that, considering the fact that China/Russia would be very foolish to fall for such a thing. Bernardo Kastrup’s article from the Debrief (linked below) goes into very good detail, outlining the various reasons to doubt any of the so-far postulated theories behind the nature of the patents, and what he suggests is rather interesting — how about we simply gauge the public reaction to the patents, and just for a moment, suppose that maybe the intent of the patents was to provoke said reaction? Well, what was the public reaction? Turns out, the public used the filing of the patents to then cast doubt on a potential alien origin of UAPs, versus human. Kastrup summarizes this very well in his article. Just for reference, see a below blogpost from a famous (now deceased) Old Testament Biblical scholar, Dr. Michael S. Heiser. As UFO revelations started to go gangbusters in the late 2010s, Heiser references the patents as a potential explanation, and a reason for us to have doubts over whether or not aliens are involved.

Moving along, Salvatore Pais stunned the UFO community when he began showing up on YouTube podcasts. His first ever appearance on camera (!) came about 2 years ago, on Curt Jaimungal’s Theory of Everything podcast (see below link). Why was he making a public appearance? To defend his discoveries/theories as NOT being part of a grand disinformation campaign to throw China/Russia off the scent, but as genuine discoveries/theories. In essence, he wanted to rebut the claims made in Coulthart’s chapter from In Plain Sight. Coulthart he now considers a friend, by the way, which he revealed in a discussion with Project Unity, which I will speak to in a moment.
Oh yeah, and he also claimed the Navy is doing absolutely nothing with his theories, which he expresses a frustrated reaction to.

I don’t know about you, but this didn’t immediately stifle my suspicions of his patents being part of a China/Russia misinformation campaign (he refers to himself as a “patriot” at one point, in a way that had me a little curious, as to what might be behind those words), but it was particularly revealing to watch him passionately defend his theories in a back and forth with Curt. Clearly, Pais knows what he’s talking about. He later goes on in the same discussion to make reference to red/orange orb incursions into underground US nuclear silos as possibly being balls of plasma, which would be able to pass directly through walls… orbs which might be intelligently controlled, and which are possibly surveying the silos. In the interview, he does not go into detail whether or not he believes them to be of human or non-human origin.
Next up, of particular interest, Pais did a few different interviews with Jay, on the Project Unity YouTube channel. Those are where some REALLY juicy bits get disclosed. Get ready for this.
He again expresses the notion that the military is not engaging with the “Pais” effect (the term being used for his purported discoveries). He ALSO reveals that he is convinced that the military has ALREADY engaged with his theory — in a context which is buried in other black projects. HUH??? That’s an interesting thing to say, considering point number 1. He believes that civilizations of vastly higher intelligence than us occupied this planet in the distant past…
And he also believes that the human race is being steered down dark paths by very dark forces… which Jay asks for clarification on, whether or not Pais means human or non-human intelligences, to which Pais responds, “both”.

Why is this important? He admittedly emphasizes that these views are his own, not the US military’s, to whom he is still employed. Well, this man is DEEPLY embedded within US black projects, and his 2010s UFO patents were used as EVIDENCE for why we in the public ought to doubt the explanation to the UFO mystery as being anything originating from NHI (non-human intelligence). Therefore, I find it very telling when the man behind those same UFO patents comes out publicly and announces his belief in NHI.
Lastly, the final observation I want to make is regarding Pais’s reference to one of Dr. Joseph Farrell’s books, the Demon in the Ekur. For anyone not aware of Farrell’s work, he dives HEADLONG into the exploration of US black projects, Nazi technology, potential past civilizations, a secret NHI elite, and so much more. Much of his work is what he himself refers to as “high octane speculation”… which is certainly true… but it is also speculation of the highest caliber, in my opinion.
Could Pais simply be a mad genius who happens to be very interested in Farrell’s work? Sure.
Could it be that Pais’s work within black projects informs him in a way that leads him to regard Farrell’s “high octane speculation” as something perhaps closer to truth? …
