Satellite? Tough to tell in first video with plane near it, but it’s moving at a constant rate.

The second video I have, it appears to have weird little hesitation moves, or perhaps by eyes were buggy from looking at phone then back to object. Hopped on globe ads B exchange, couldn’t pull of those particle aircraft near object.

Thanks for any input. And if video come across terrible, I’ll send it to someone. I’m not savvy with videos and formatting.
