Saw an unusual bright light in the sky that appears to be changing color. What could this be?

This video was taken with my phone at 10:01 PM near Akron, Ohio. Parts of the video are muted for my own privacy, theres no ill intent with that I just value my privacy. If this object does appear to be something unexplainable, I will happily give out the city that this was taken in.

I noticed this unusually bright light about 276 degrees West of the place I recorded this video. It appears to be moving at one point about halfway through the video. This object also changes colors and has variations of brightness.

Im unable to tell whether it’s actually moving or it appears to be moving due to it kind of shimmering. It’s unusually bright for my location. Typically theres so much light pollution that you can hardly make out any form of lights in the sky (also depends on the time of day) but it seems to outshine all other lights in the sky which led to me recording this video. You can also see in the video blinking airline lights. (those are pretty common considering Akron airport isn’t too far from my location. I should also add that we do also have military aircraft that passes directly over us. Usually I see CH-47s when there is military aircraft flying overhead)

I adjusted the brightness to see just how bright this object is. It’s visible with the brightness all the way down as well as up.

I dont claim this to be a ufo, however I have no idea what this could be. The variety of colors it goes through confuses me. If anyone knows what this could be id greatly appreciate any and all feedback and will be replying to comments.
