Schumer and Rounds did not fight for the UAP disclosure. Nobody in leadership did.

Schumer is the senate majority leader. He would just say ‘we won’t vote for this’ and it would have been included. Same jeffries, he largely controls the democrat vote.

Schumer either

1 – believes the entire thing is a nothing burger and not worth fighting for

2 – was using it as a bargaining chip to get other stuff he wanted

and/or

3 – doesn’t want disclosure to occur at this time

While yes, Mike Rogers is more to blame I’m sure, folks should still stop giving democrats a pass.
