I posted the original video in another post. I lost my phone that originally filmed these on for a good chunk of time and found it today and was able to pull these from it. These screenshots are from a video I filmed heading west on 528 in Orlando (was near MCO) heading towards Tampa. It looks like whatever it is – is radiating some sort of heat around the rectangle based off the distortion around it.
