Serious question: who are the people who know the whole puzzle? Are there even any? Let me explain

Just a thought i had:

With more and more uncovering, it feels like every week, a new party seems involved/’In the knows of sth’

But with how big this topic is, spanning probably decades and countless projects / recoveries / r&d whatever,

Is there even a SINGLE person who has Intel on all pieces of the puzzle? Who knows what is and has been going on? ESPECIALLY if all is compartmentalized a.f.??

I mean so far we have :

DoD DoE Pentagon White house / (former) presidents Army Navy CIA (& other 3LAs) NASA Private Companies like Lockheed, Raytheon etc AARO & former deps. IC NRO Etc…

So, honestly, who even could be the people – if at all – who actually have complete knowledge and overview about the whole topic?
