I’ve been brainstorming ideas, conventional and unconventional on how exactly we can wage war and cause some fuckery. I keep coming back to this idea though.
Obviously, you’d need to be a shareholder. One, against Lockheed Martin directly. To claim your/our investment carries significant undisclosed risk due to unfair and deceptive trade practices against other contractors, which can harm investors through lawsuits and SEC involvement.
Two, which is more or less the same. Picking a competitor (would have to make sure they don’t have any NHI advantage) and filing that others in the space have those secret and unfair trade advantages.
Even if it’s a dud, I’m sure it could get traction. It’s more about sending a message than anything. Attacking account balances always gets people sweaty.
