Shiny Sighting

Vancouver, WA June 12th, 2023 at 11:54am. Clear, little to no breeze summer day.

Taken in an iPhone 11 ProMax in 4K.

Normally I would just pass this off as a one sided shiny balloon (star or hexagon shaped) that is spinning in the wind.

What I can’t explain is how the object would “glide” slowly to different spots and spin stationary for up to 20 seconds while other objects fly around it. You can see these if you slow it frame by frame, some extremely faint.

I’ve seen other posts with a similar one sided shiny object, but they are usually round. Curious on your input!
