Seen over Milton and Campebelville Ontario by me and my wife from our car on our trip back home. Were kinda scared to stop the car, and get out, but our route to home allowed us to observe it from one end to the other … for a few minutes we were directly underneath it, the object was “cloaked”? By clouds or rather it was just above the lowest layer of the cloud canopy. Only one cloud was radiating light (of multiple colours) and the moon was on the other side of the sky.

About 2-3 minutes after we passed over it, my wife swears that she saw a massive silent red light descend from the sky at incredible speed.
