I understand downvoting in the usual cases, i.e. posting something that’s been asked several times, asking questions that should be a quick google search to answer, hostile responses to questions etc…
But! Why are people downvoting questions that are just genuinely wanting forum feedback? Some of the questions may seem dumb to you, but that’s because you probably live in this sub.
Make people feel welcome, don’t put them down and turn them away. If you want to spread awareness, stop being dicks to newcomers. I see this time and time again.
Rant over.
