Strange lights seen above the Twin Cities, MN area

I spotted some strange lights moving and sometimes staying still, appearing and disappearing periodically between the hours of 7pm and 8pm today, April 20th 2024. Anybody else in the Twin Cities area? I have earlier videos as well, when it was still a little brighter out. Sorry for the poor quality, I was not able to step outside, and had to film thru the window
