Supernovas, Cosmic Radiation and DNA Alteration?

This is an experience I had which left me with knowledge of physics of which I had no previous knowledge. I immediately started writing down the details afterward and researching information about what I had seen. I don’t wholly agree or disagree with any ideology. I have no vested interest in being “believed” or compulsion to spread some conspiracy; the science behind what I saw is whats of interest to me— in addition to its potential application in shaping life on Earth.

Let’s go ahead and call this experience a dream, because it was by no means “an alien abduction”. If it was— I didn’t get probed, a fertility exam or enough information to write a profitable book.

In this dream, I was taken to see some other planet with life on it (by an “alien”). I was instantly transported and looking at the skyline of this foreign planet. It was night-time there, but the whole skyline was illuminated with this crash of red and purple stardust. I was looking at this planet from the perspective of being off the ground, but not totally elevated into the sky. I could make out what was happening below me, but could also see a vast distance in every direction.

Details of this part of my dream crosses over into real physics (of which I had no previous knowledge). I could see long trails of NHIs making some sort of exodus toward a building, and they were being evacuated. The (alien) that brought me there said, “these beings have telepathic abilities and they’re dying”. It explained that the supernova (the red and purple in the sky) was emitting cosmic radiation and causing genetic alterations to the life on that planet. It wanted to show me this planet because it was in the process of being destroyed and beautiful.

Then it tells me that humanity also got a kickstart in cognitive ability due to a similar event that happened near Earth. That was another reason it showed me this planet. After seeing the skyline and hearing about what was going on, I pretty much woke up.

Of course, I hadn’t actually / physically gone anywhere. The closest thing I could describe it as is (perhaps) astral projection? I am a creative person and I love space. I know things about the universe and UAPs. But I’m not entirely sure I know (a single fucking thing) about genetics or how cosmic radiation could damage or alter cell DNA.

I think we have documented and unexplainable phenomena on Earth. I believe life exists elsewhere in the universe (statistically inevitable). I also think people who are abjectly skeptical without considering the unknowns actually look kind of stupid. But after this dream, I came back with educated knowledge which I did (not) possess prior to falling asleep. I know about supernovas… but I didn’t know anything about cosmic radiation and how it can damage / alter cell DNA.
