Mandate the release of all classified and unclassified UAP-related documents and materials to the public, with minimal redactions and exemptions, and in a timely manner.

Hold public hearings and briefings on the UAP issue, with the participation of credible witnesses, experts, and officials, and with the opportunity for public input and questions.

Initiate and support international dialogue and collaboration on the UAP issue, with the aim of fostering mutual understanding, trust, and cooperation among nations and peoples.
