Insight into how Congress managed to block any and apparently all effective language from the UAPDA.
Claims that the “Limitations of Funds for UAP” part of the legislation that is left in the Act refers to the ‘National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2023’’s definition of UAP (as per its language), which does not mention “non-human origin” or “unknown origin” and only mentions “something that’s not immediately identifiable”, effectively making this language mute.
They ultimately state that this part of the legislation is only going to limit funding to AARO and not the black operations or Special Access Programs (SAPs) that are actually trying to reverse engineer the alien crafts.
This is a big disappointment, if in fact, none of the language in the UAPDA references “non-human origin” at all.
We shouldn’t be surprised. We knew they were going to do EVERYTHING they could to try to make this Act ineffective. However, the Senate Intelligence Committee now has an enormous amount of classified information about the phenomena, thanks to Grusch and other currently unidentified whistleblowers, and they are not going to give up. They will be working closely with Daniel Sheehan, who has also been in close contact with many whistleblowers, who are “very, very angry” about this result, to figure out alternative methods of disclosure.
Ross Coulthart mentioned that things are going to start to get very interesting and stated that, “If I was the gatekeepers—the people who are trying to put a muzzle on this issue—I would be very, very nervous.”
