Sean Kirkpatrick offered us some interesting information. A significant number of UFO believers work in the government. The Pentagon is much more friendly to /r/UFOs than most of us previously realized. They want whatever information there is to come out, but according to them, mean people like SK are stopping it. SK claims he found no evidence and that he wishes everyone would stop calling him a coverup proponent.
This situation is interesting, and in a way, it undermines the AARO report. We still don’t have proof of a saucer, but we apparently have proof of a UFO cult that has taken root at the very heart of United States national defense. At first glance, this makes me smile and think, “I want to believe, too.” and I hope they actually have seen some better evidence than me. It’s only through the alarmist worldviews of Stephen Greenstreet that I was able to see another perspective.

If you can look past the skeptical circklejerk tone of his post, he may be right to be concerned. UFO believers are in key positions. We hold far more of the military industrial complex cards than most people realize. Disclosure could really happen soon, but unfortunately, the disclosure which results may be a ‘Be careful what you wish for’ scenario.
Assume for a moment that there is no crash retrieval program. There is instead a large new religious movement in the government which is more loyal to the ETs than it is to the United States government. Hmm…
For decades now, alien abduction experiencers have warned us about a ‘Change’ that is coming Soon™. Two more weeks. Just trust the alien plan… haha? What form this will take is unclear. Natural disasters are predicted. It also has something to do with alien-human hybrids infiltrating society. At the end, the extraterrestrials will exert a large degree of influence on how the affairs of this planet are conducted. And it’s characterized as being good. Literal Greys and Mantis beings will live alongside us.
Soon, the ETs may Disclose themselves. The hybrids who (per David M. Jacobs) have infiltrated our society will spring into action. They exert telepathic control over a large number of abductees. People like Coulthart and Elizondo may be among their numbers. “Lou it’s the ETs. Fake a UFO in your backyard for us.” At some point in the future, all of the cards the ETs hold may get played simultaneously. A crisis will happen, and they will emerge from the crisis with formal control of the United States goverment (and probably others). From there, there’s not much that they can’t do. They could use American media to spread pro-alien propaganda, or they could just blow the whole place up with human-made nuclear weapons. But nothing that happens will be tied back to them. That’s how they do things. There will always be doubts over whether or not the aliens exist… until there isn’t.
I doubt that this theory is correct, but it seemed entertaining. And so I share. 🙂
