The Logistics of Disclosure: A reality check for all sides of the equation

Been meaning to put together another of my infamously long diatribes for some time, as some of y’all seem to enjoy them. Others don’t, and that’s okay, too. This one’s a bit different however, and might help to reconcile some of the questions and concerns I’ve seen repeated ad nauseum lately regarding the various forms of Disclosure; be it slow-drip, catastrophic or not-at-all. Regardless of which way you lean, the true reality behind Disclosure as a whole is one most people, especially those who are relatively new to the entire UFO debate, fail to grasp in its entirety. Hopefully by the end of this essay, we’ll all have a better understanding of why “ripping off the Band-Aid” isn’t as easy as one might think. Long read warning ahead… no TL;DR for you.

To help construct my central point a bit easier, I want you to immediately look around you at any one object in your eyeline. Focus on it, and think back to how/where you got it. Chances are, it’s something that was bought from a retailer.. be it a can of soda or a fancy gaming mouse. The complexity of said object doesn’t matter, per se… what matters is your knowledge of how that product wound up in your possession. Whether bought, gifted, stolen or found, that item’s had a long, arduous journey to wind up where it is. That journey encapsulates the logistics I speak of. From conception to production to retail and beyond, there’s a HUGE amount of cogs involved in the journey that product took to reach you. Most people think about the larger cogs only: The refined materials used to make that object, purchased from a third party supplier; the in-house production i.e. an assembly line manned by people, robots or a combination of both; the packaging and shipping of said product via freightliner or other; the retailer paying employees to unbox, stock and sell said product… that’s as far as many people think in regards to logistics. But like any complex machine, for every larger cog there’s many, many smaller support cogs we don’t consider. Take the soda can, for example. That metal has to be refined and formed, but before that, it has to be mined. Before its mined, it has to be located. Machines have to be purchased to mine, process and form said metal, each with their own very long logistic production chain. Employees have to be hired, paid, given healthcare to mine/process/form said metal… even MORE cogs. That one soda can could have as many as 10,000 people or more either directly or indirectly involved in its production. That’s a metric f**k-ton of cogs!

Now, apply that same ‘bigger/smaller/even tinier cog’ logistics principle to society and the Disclosure process as a whole. As difficult as it may be for some to hear/grasp, it’s not as cut-and-dry as ripping the bandage off and letting things progress naturally from there on. You’d think so, but consider this: You’re biased. YOU want Disclosure, you’re ready for the reality behind it (or so you think), it’s been long enough, let’s settle this. Let’s break those down to their logistical sub-components, one by one.. and see all of the sight unseen itty-bitty cogs involved in each.

First thing’s first: you want Disclosure. Great. So do most of us…. probably. Maybe.

Now, define it. Define Disclosure. Explain what it is you want, exactly. Now look beyond your own immediate environment to your local ecosystem; the neighborhood you live, the town you live, the state/province, the country… how many of the people who reside there are as ready as you? How many are even as aware as you as to what Disclosure even means? Can you honestly say your definition and wants/needs regarding Disclosure align with the majority of those in your ecosystem? Now I know what a lot of people would pivot to at this juncture: “We’ve had soft Disclosure for years, and the world hasn’t imploded. Society hasn’t ended. Most people went ‘Meh’ and moved on.. so what’s the big deal?”

The big deal is, we haven’t had TRUE Disclosure, only a gradual softening mixed with a lot of noise. It’s one thing to hear life exists elsewhere. A majority of people accept that as a reality. That reality, however, is ill-defined. A percentage of said majority is likely thinking microbes, flora, even fauna on a far-off world. But let’s take the most basic, simplistic example regarding NHI: humanoid aliens coming in ships. Okay, little grey men… so what? So, the logistics behind that simple notion are staggering. Not only do we as a species suddenly realize our little corner of the universe is neither unique nor exclusive, but also neither is our place in it. Intelligent life, with its own society and cogs is among us. And that’s just the first hurdle we, as a species, must overcome. But let’s be realistic… not everyone is going to take that knowledge and rationalize/apply it the same way. So many cogs have now been affected. Sociopolitical landscapes. Geopolitics and its borders. Religion. Science. Industry. Art. Law. The list is endless.

But for clarity sake, let’s break down the last one… Law. Are these aliens technically illegal? What rights do they have in our various borders? What if someone kills one out of xenophobic panic or out of self-defense? Will they get arrested? Tried? By who? What if the NHI wants to exact their own form of law? Do they have extradition rights? And these are just a few out of THOUSANDS of questions that WILL be raised on the topic of law alone. The many cogs of U.S. Law alone would start to grind, start to break… as will the many millions of cogs elsewhere. There is no simple solution for Disclosure beyond simply saying, “Eh, let’s just wing it.”

Because quite frankly, we can’t just “wing it.” Every single facet of our society will have to contend with the blowback with such a huge revelation. Every single support system we take for granted will have to contend with it, from military to mental health. Disclosure alone, without getting into the nuances and deeper implications, will vastly affect our entire world. Plain and simple.

Hearkening back to six paragraphs prior, let’s address the second point: You’re ready for Disclosure (or so you think). The question is… are you? Are you really? How about your family? Your neighbors? The guy at the Froyo stand at the mall? Are THEY ready?

A lot of men think they’re ready for a vasectomy, up until they’re getting prepped for surgery. A lot of people think they’re ready to bungie jump, til they’re standing at the precipice. And it’s then that reality comes crashing down. We as a society are standing at that very precipice… and not everyone’s willing to take that plunge. To think otherwise or not care regardless is selfish, pure and simple. And when push comes to shove, a lot of vocal proponents of Disclosure might find themselves wishing to put the genie back in the bottle… and that just won’t happen. Disclosure won’t just impact you. It will impact every. Single. Cog. Keep that in mind.

Back to the simplest NHI example and the genie metaphor…. what if, as many people who claimed to have learned the truth have attested to, it’s not JUST ‘lil grey men’ and what they learned utterly shook them to their core and scared them shitless? We’ve heard everything from sentient alien viruses to NHAI; from Nordics from the stars to ancient Gods from eons past. Extraterrestrial. Interterrestrial. Ultraterrestrial. Interdimensional. Shadow beings. Time travelers. The list goes on and on.

For argument’s sake though, let’s take the most recent hotly debated one.. the Jellyfish. Let’s say it’s real…. how do you even begin to rationalize that thing? Where is it from? What’s its motivations? Are they everywhere? You get the point. Maybe… just maybe in the long run, you can sell the idea of Greys to the general populace. Now do the same for the deeper realizations Disclosure might bring. That our gods of old aren’t mere fiction. That Lovecraftian Eldritch horrors really exist. That even the freaking Transformers are real. How do you sell THAT to a society, to a world that can’t even agree on their version of a single God or the color of their neighbor’s skin?

Look.. I’m not trying to crap on the idea of Disclosure nor argue against it. My goal is to merely point out, nothing about this is cut-and-dry nor simple. Even knowing everything I know over nearly four decades.. I STILL believe I want to know the truth. Or at least, I think I do.

But, this isn’t about me. It isn’t about you, the people on this sub, #ufotwitter, that Froyo stand guy who’s secretly a huge ufology nut… it’s about everyone and everything that makes our existence what it is. Because rest assured… it will change. EVERYTHING will change, and not necessarily for the better. Say goodbye to your comfort zones. To every single person on Earth’s comfort zones, as well as our way of life. Because once it’s gone, it’s gone. That genie isn’t going back in the lamp.

Now ask yourself… are you still ready?
