I’m researching the Nimitz encounter and there’s a lot of information about the object, how it moved etc but there’s one thing I’m looking to find out that I haven’t seen covered.

We know prior to “recognizing Fravor” the axis of the object didn’t change(north-south orientation) and that it’s movement was akin to a ping-pong ball in a glass, but do we know over what distance?

Has CDR Fravor ever revealed the distance of these movements? Are we talking a few feet/couple of hundred yards or just around the disturbance in the water?

Thanks
