Same object that was seen in Muş, Turkey (east) was seen again in Kocaeli (west) yesterday evening. Not much being talked in the video so not going to bother translating – just surprised and curious on what it is.
It’s unlikely to be a balloon or a parachute IMO as the regions are ~1200km apart.
