This is not my video, but is very interesting to say the least.

I was scrolling YouTube videos from years back and stumbled across this gem. The views are extremely low, and was posted about 7 years ago. This is the most compelling footage I’ve come across, but could be bias or misleading. Hopefully someone here has seen something similar to this or could help explain the phenomenon.
