This is the question no one asks… who is the mastermind who is compartmentalizing everything?

There’s got to be a central command to decide on the silos. I’m waiting for a reporter to ask that to each and every witness and then disclose it publicly even if the names of the informants remains grouped together. That’s the disclosure we need. These people all have a boss and their boss has a boss etc. RICO it if needed but it’s useless to continue grasping at straws like the parable of the 5 blind men and the elephant.
