This Streak/Tear Instantly Vanished after I Took a Photo?

Hello, first time poster but long time lurker. Recently captured this photo yesterday @ 7:12 PM (live in MN so it gets dark at 4:30 PM). Any ideas to what this is? I don’t know much about this, but this stuff always piqued my interest.

I will also add that I tired to get a video, but this “streak” straight up vanished after I took the photo. I noticed it while walking a few blocks back, turned onto a road with more viewing area, and took a photo.

I first thought it was chem trails, but then realized you don’t really see them at night… I also don’t know of any areas that had rocket launches in the Upper MidWest, or anything of that nature. The group of people I was walking with all saw it, and all watched it disappear after I took a photo, instantaneously.

Any ideas?
